Shipping Update - UNIQUE-LIVE WEEK 1 & 2

Hi everybody,

Just to answer some questions posted to us on social media asking when cards purchased in weeks 1 and 2 will be sent to customers...

In fact, orders for Weeks 1 and 2 Liverpool, Manchester City and Olympique de Marseille were processed last week and are either on their way or have already been collected for despatch this week.

If you did buy in the first two weeks, you will shortly receive an email giving you the registered number of your package with a guide on how to track it through to delivery!

Regarding Weeks 3 and 4, orders are scheduled to ship within 14 days from the processing of those orders.

Please note: Arsenal & Paris-Saint Germain cards launch during March. If a customer's order includes cards from a mix of Clubs, orders would be sent out in the meantime for the Liverpool/Manchester City/Olympique de Marseille portion of the order, with any balance of cards from Arsenal or Paris Saint-Germain shipping when they become available.
