Futera Selecta Club Membership and Product Purchases

Shipping Restrictions: We regret that we are not able to sell or supply our products or services to Hong Kong.

Postal/freight restrictions may apply from time to time - if you are based in any of the following countries, please check with us before placing your order: Iceland, Egypt, Chile, Peru, Ukraine.

Application for Futera Selecta Club Membership: Membership is available through the official Futera website at www.futera.com. The cost to join is $99 USD per year, which grants access to the Futera Selecta Club platform and entry-level benefits.

Membership Limitations: Only one membership per household is permitted.If an individual attempts to exceed the membership limit or surpasses stated product purchase limits through Selecta Club access, Futera reserves the right to decline or terminate the membership without refund.

Sold-Out Orders / PayPal Overpayments: If a membership or Futera product has sold out by the time your order is placed but payment has been processed by PayPal, you will receive an email notification and a full refund (normally within 4 working days).

Order Accuracy: Please ensure your full name, correct delivery address (including postcode), and telephone number are accurate before placing your order. Administrative changes may not be possible after purchase.

PayPal Orders: We can only ship to the name and address shown on your PayPal transaction. If your membership or product purchase details differ from your PayPal details, the order will be cancelled and refunded. We cannot ship to third-party addresses provided by the PayPal account holder.

Refunds: Refunds are processed based on the original amount received by Futera in USD$. Any differences caused by currency exchange, bank/PayPal fees, or associated charges during the refund process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Pricing and Charges: Prices are in USD$ (Recommended Retail Price) and exclude taxes, duties, or local delivery fees.

Shipping costs at checkout reflect international registered services.

Delivery Times: Registered international shipping typically takes 14–20 working days, but may vary depending on destination and handling times. Orders dispatch from Asia and require a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number within 4 days of dispatch. If concerned about delays, please contact your local postal depot or courier with the tracking number.

Delivery Confirmation: If the postal or courier service provides delivery confirmation, Futera considers this conclusive proof of delivery and cannot accept non-delivery claims.

Delivery Issues: For lost packages, please contact your local sorting depot or courier. Futera will provide dispatch documentation upon request.

Technical Errors: Futera is not responsible for technical errors, network failures, or third-party issues (e.g. PayPal, courier services) that may affect orders, payments, or fulfilment.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No substitutions or refunds will be offered once purchases are confirmed.

​

Liability: Futera’s liability is limited to the retail price in USD$ of the product only, and does not include shipping, currency exchange losses, transaction fees, or third-party charges.

Promotions: Promotional or discount vouchers cannot be used toward Futera Selecta Club memberships unless explicitly stated.

​

Product Updates: By opting into Futera marketing communications, you consent to receiving news and updates relating to Futera Selecta Club, as well as other Futera products and offers.

​

Membership Tiers and Points System: The Futera Selecta Club includes access to exclusive discounts, member benefits, and tiered rewards. Your $99/year membership grants Selecta Member status. Tiers are earned based on spend and point accumulation over a rolling 12-month period from the date you enter a tier.

Tier Structure:

• 🟢 Selecta Member (entry-level) – access upon joining

• 🥇 Futera Gold – achieved with $400+ in annual spend (10% discount)

• ⚫ Futera Black – achieved at 5,000 FPs (15% discount + exclusive break access)

• 💎 Futera Diamond – achieved at 10,000 FPs (20% discount + exclusive break access)

Once you reach a new tier, your status is valid for 12 months from that date.
To maintain or advance, you must meet the required spend or point level again within your tier eligibility period.
If you do not meet the requirement, your status will adjust automatically to the tier matching your performance.
Points and tier status are tracked and managed through the loyalty system integrated into our website.

Termination Clause: Futera reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Futera Selecta Club program at its discretion without prior notice.
