Futera SELECTA Club and product purchases

We regret that we are not able to sell or supply our products or services to Hong Kong.
Membership applications and/or product purchases can not be accepted from individuals based in Hong Kong, or from the following countries where current postal restrictions apply: Iceland, Egypt, Chile, Peru, Ukraine.
Membership packages in Futera SELECTA Club will be available through the official Futera website at www.futera.com within the designated enrolment period. The specific open and close dates for purchase of SELECTA Memberships are subject to change at the discretion of Futera.
Purchase Limit: Only one membership per household is permitted. If an individual attempts to exceed the membership limit per household or attempts to exceed stated purchase limits for Futera card products made available either through membership packages and/or general releases through Futera’s online store, Futera reserves the right to decline or terminate their SELECTA membership.
If memberships and/or Futera product had been sold out by the time your order was placed but where Paypal's system has nevertheless processed your payment, you would receive an email from Futera advising of this occurrence and your Paypal payment would be reimbursed (normally within 4 working days).
Check Your Name & Address: Before attempting purchase, please check that you have provided your correct name, full delivery address including postcode, plus Telephone Number at the time of purchase as it may not be possible for administrative changes to be made to your application in time for offer processing deadlines.
Paypal orders: We can only ship to the name and delivery address shown on your Paypal purchase transaction. If the name or delivery address you have provided on any membership application or product purchase transaction is different from what is shown on your Paypal transaction, your application/purchase can not be accepted and would need to be refunded and no guarantee can be given that the membership and/or product would still be available following any amendments necessary. We can not ship orders to third parties nominated by the Paypal purchaser.
Orders placed for any of the above countries will necessarily have to be cancelled and any payment that you have made would be refunded. We can not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur due to the cancellation of your order.
Refunds: Any refund amount would be made to the customer based on the customer’s original payment amount received by Futera in USD$ currency, and any changes in exchange rates or associated financial losses in relation to fees or charges arising during the refund process shall be borne solely by the customer. The company shall not be held liable for any difference in exchange rates and/or fees or charges that may affect a refund.
Pricing/shipping & charges: Sales prices given on the Online Shop and in sales/marketing material are quoted in USD$ and represent the RRP (recommended retail price), with the shipping costs at checkout being for international registered express service and which would exclude any taxes/duty or associated local charges relating to order delivery which would be for the account of the purchaser.
Delivery: International registered postal service would normally be expected to take between 14-20 working days from despatch, although can be longer for some destinations due to their particular handling processes (e.g. USA, Australia, Germany). Delivery timings to any country whether by postal service or courier may be affected at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated, orders despatch from Asia and will require a signature upon receipt. Normally within 4 days from date of despatch Futera will email you with the registered number of your package so that you can track its progress. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the practice of the Courier/Postal Service would be to leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery. If you are concerned about delay to your delivery please contact your local courier/Postal Depot giving them the tracking number we will have provided to you. If you have not received your package within 30 days from the package’s despatch date, please email Futera at email@example.com.
Proof of posting/delivery: Purchasers acknowledge and agree that in cases where the Courier/Postal Service provides proof of delivery and/or their online report shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the purchaser, no claims for non-delivery shall be entertained. The proof of delivery may include tracking information, delivery confirmation signature, or other relevant documentation demonstrating the successful delivery of the order. The purchaser acknowledges that such evidence provided by the delivering organisation (e.g. Courier/Post Office) is conclusive proof of delivery.
In the event of Delivery company/Post Office’s package loss during transit please contact your local Post Office Sorting Depot or Courier as appropriate. Futera will provide you with a copy of the receipt from the Postal service/Courier showing the date and time when your package passed to their services.
Futera cannot be held accountable for any technical or network issues, errors, failures on the part of Futera or third parties associated with the products, services or sales process (e.g. Paypal transactions or fulfilment) that may impede the ability to purchase membership and/or products.
All sales are considered final, and no substitutions or refunds are permitted for any products. Access to pre-sale opportunities for selected products does not guarantee the ability to purchase said products (e.g. availability while stocks last).
Liability: Futera’s liability for any order is strictly limited to Futera's published retail price in USD$, exclusive of shipping costs, currency exchange, Paypal transaction fees, bank or other fees & charges in relation to a purchase and/or refund transaction.
Promotional or discount vouchers can not be used with this offer.
Product updates: By selecting to receive Futera marketing communications, members consent to receiving emails and information pertaining to their SELECTA Club membership and other Futera products and services.
The company retains the right to adjust description, release dates, quantities, pricing and/or product offerings at their discretion. Futera reserves the right to terminate the SELECTA Club program at their discretion, thereby discontinuing its operations at any given time.
SELECTA is an individual collector Members' Club and not related to any Trade arrangement.
