TERMS OF PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY

Purchase Limits per household: 1 minicase (4 Hobby Boxes).

Available while stocks last, customer and market allocations may apply.  If any order exceeds allocations, Futera reserves the right to decline and refund the purchase.  


Countries we may not ship to:  We regret that we are not able to supply or ship our products to Hong Kong. Current postal/freight restrictions:  If you are based in any of the following countries please check if we can ship to your country: Chile, Peru. 


SHIPPING:  Shipping is scheduled from early August 2024, and we will contact you with your order’s tracking number shortly following its despatch. Delivery timings will be subject to courier routes/local postal services and processing en-route.


Paypal orders: We can only ship to the name and delivery address shown on your Paypal purchase transaction. If either your name or delivery address is different from what is shown on your Paypal transaction, your purchase may not be able to be accepted and would need to be refunded. No guarantee can be given that the product would still be available following any amendment requested. We can not ship orders to third parties nominated by the Paypal purchaser.


Availability: If the stock allocation has been sold out by the time your order was placed you will receive an email from Futera advising of this occurrence and any payment made would be reimbursed (normally within 1-2 working days). 


Insert ratios: insert ratios quoted on the website, shop, or sales marketing material are averages taken across the production and packing of an entire production and no claim can be made for any particular card not existing in any particular pack/box/minicase/case.  A Collection is collated according to its player spread & insert ratios.  Despatch companies handling shipping would address-label orders according to their processes, and as such there can be no assurance of any particular sequence of packs/boxes/minicases/cases in relation to any order.


Refunds: No refunds would be valid from the time Futera fulfils your order which is the date and time shown on the Courier/Postal Service/shipper’s receipt as proof of order despatch. If you are concerned about delivery please contact the courier/delivery company giving them the tracking number we will have provided to you.  In the event of a refund, the amount would be made to the customer based on the customer’s original payment amount received by Futera in USD$ currency, and any changes in exchange rates or associated financial losses in relation to fees or charges arising during the refund process shall be borne solely by the customer. The company shall not be held liable for any difference in exchange rates and/or fees or charges that may occur in relation to a refund transaction. Please also see ‘Proof of Posting’ within the Shipping Terms section below.


We can not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur due to cancellation/refund of an order.  All sales are considered final, and no substitutions or refunds are permitted following order processing due to change of mind.


Orders can not be returned to Futera in the event of a change of mind about an order for any reason following its despatch.  If you have ordered from a different supplier (not directly from Futera) please contact them directly to assist you. 


Liability: Futera’s liability for any product is strictly limited to the price it was sold at by Futera to the customer in USD$ exclusive of shipping cost or other charges.  


This offer is subject to Mail Order allocation stock availability, any customer and market allocations and may be withdrawn or cancelled at any time without notice. 


Card Care and info: It is recommended that cards are placed in card protectors to support their condition and longevity and should not be stored at higher or lower than average temperatures or in humid conditions/environment or sunlight. Cards produced with special materials such as special foiling effects may contain or appear to contain mild imperfections as natural characteristics which are not production faults. Claims can not be considered for cards suffering from ‘wear and tear’ or handling damage. In the event of a card manufacturing fault you may notify Futera who may at their discretion seek to obtain a replacement card if available or otherwise seek to remedy the situation. Occasionally a card or packaging may be damaged during transportation which is a situation beyond the control of Futera and claims should be referred to the carrier (Post Office service/Courier). 


Futera can not be responsible for orders not received or processed as a result of excessive traffic, internet connection delays, outages or shop inventory anomalies beyond its control, and any payments processed by Paypal in such event where an order has been placed but has not been received by Futera administrators prior to an item becoming sold out would necessarily have to be refunded.

SHIPPING/CHARGES INFO


Countries we may not be able to ship to:  We regret that we are not able to supply or ship our products to Hong Kong. Current postal/freight restrictions: If you are based in any of the following countries please check if we can ship to your country: Chile, Peru. 


SHIPPING DATE: Please check the mailer/product description information provided for the estimated shipping date, and we will contact you with your order’s tracking number shortly following its despatch. As there can be unforeseen restrictions due to courier collection quotas and/or shipping routes, international orders can not be guaranteed to arrive by any particular date. 


Unless otherwise stated, orders despatch from Asia and will require a signature upon receipt. Normally within 4 working days from date of despatch or shortly following, Futera will email you with the registered number of your package so that you can track its progress. If you are concerned about delay to your delivery please contact your local courier/Postal Depot giving them the tracking number provided.


Proof of posting/delivery: Purchasers acknowledge and agree that in cases where the Courier/Postal Service provides proof of delivery and/or their online report shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the purchaser, claims for non-delivery can not be considered. The proof of delivery may include tracking information, delivery confirmation signature, or other relevant documentation demonstrating the successful delivery of the order. The purchaser acknowledges that such evidence provided by the delivering organisation (e.g. Courier/Post Office/local delivery service) is conclusive proof of delivery.


Pricing/Shipping & Charges: Sales prices given on the Online Shop and in sales/marketing material are quoted in USD$ and represent the RRP (recommended retail price), with the shipping costs at checkout being for either international registered post or courier service which may involve local delivery services in the receiving country. Please note that the shipping cost at checkout is for the shipment of your order only, and which would exclude any taxes/duty or local charges relating to delivery which, if any, would be for the account of the purchaser.  Please note that Futera is generally not involved with the shipping of its Collections and which may be handled by a third party Despatch operation and with shipping from Asia.  We are unable to advise on any possible charges that could be applied by any receiving country’s clearing processes which may result in some charges to the recipient and we ask that customers consider this before proceeding with a purchase as we are not informed to assist with queries relating to any particular destination country or individual order.


Check Your Name & Address: Before completing your purchase, please check that you have provided your correct name, full delivery address including postcode plus Telephone Number as it may not be possible for changes to be made before order processing.  Refunds can not be made for orders shipped to addresses that have not been updated by the customer to Futera before the mailing house’s processing deadline or despatch date whichever is earlier.
