RETURNS/REFUNDS: It is recommended that cards are placed in card protectors to support their condition and longevity and should not be stored at higher or lower than average temperatures or in humid conditions/environment or sunlight. Cards produced with special materials may contain or appear to contain mild imperfections which are natural characteristics of finishing processes and not considered production faults. Cards should be handled with care, particularly insert cards which have involved special treatments/finish in their production as a ‘collectible’ as claims cannot be considered for cards suffering from ‘wear and tear’ or handling damage. Occasionally a card may be damaged during transportation which is a situation outside the control of Futera and where no claim can be made for such damage/replacement. In the event of a card manufacturing fault you may notify Futera who may at their discretion seek to obtain a replacement card or otherwise seek to remedy the situation.

Insert ratios quoted on the website, shop, or sales marketing material are averages taken across the packing of an entire production run and as such no particular card can be guaranteed to exist in any particular pack/box/case (no claim can be made for any particular card not existing in any particular pack/box/case).

Futera’s liability for product purchased is strictly limited to Futera's published selling price of that product (the retail price charged by Futera for the product excluding shipping cost). No refunds/claims are valid from the time Futera fulfils your order which is the date and time shown on the Post Office/Courier receipt as proof of Futera’s despatch of your order when the package passes to the services of the Post Office/Courier companies handling the delivery of your order. Orders can not be returned to Futera in the event of a change of mind about an order for any reason following its despatch.

Pricing/charges: Sales prices quoted on the Online Shop or in sales marketing material represent the RRP (recommended retail price) with international registered or ‘proof of posting’ airmail postal service and which would exclude any taxes/duty or associated local charges relating to order delivery which would be for the account of the purchaser. Delivery: Please advise at the time of ordering if you require any special delivery service (such as EMS courierpost, DHL, etc) otherwise shipping costs quoted would normally apply to International Registered airmail postal service requiring a signature upon receipt. The International registered airmail service follows the package from despatch to destination although the Postal System's on-screen reports will not show the status once it has left the despatch country, and may not show any update until package arrival - this is normal. International delivery timing is generally within 7-20 days from despatch, although can be longer for some destinations due to their handling processes (e.g. USA, Australia, Germany, Russia). NOTE: The Post Office systems can not accept investigation claims until after 30 days has passed from the date of posting. No refunds/claims are possible from the time Futera fulfils your order which is strictly the date and time shown on the Post Office/Courier receipt as proof of Futera’s despatch of your order. At this stage the package comes under the services of the Post Office/Courier company handling the package. In the event of non-receipt or package loss during transit, this would be a matter between yourself and the Post Office/Courier service handling the package and such claim would be taken up by you with them directly using their claims procedure. However Futera would assist with claim processing and provide you with the original receipt from the Postal service/Courier showing the date and time when responsibility for your package delivery passed to their services and which represents the date and time when your order was completed and fulfilled by Futera.

Futera shall endeavour to despatch properly-ordered products within a reasonable amount of time (normally between 2-4 working days from receipt of full payment and/or shipping date advised subject to availability and processing. Launch dates and shipping timings are estimates in advance of and subject to completion of a collection's specialist finishing processes and as such are subject to change. In the event of delay by more than 4 weeks to published/expected shipping dates for any reason, including force majeure, Futera will publish revised shipping information.

Your details: Please check that you have provided your correct name, full delivery address (in a clear and correct format for posting) plus telephone number as once you submit your order the delivery details can not be changed. Paypal orders: We will ship to the address, and follow the format of the address as given on your Paypal order. If this does not include a telephone number, please add this at the time of making your Paypal transaction or this could cause delay to the despatch of your order. We can not ship to names or addresses of third parties which do not match the Paypal transaction/Reservation/Order name & address, and we can not ship orders to third parties nominated by the Paypal purchaser in the event of customer/market allocations restricting the number of items acceptable for individual purchase.
