If a product had been sold out by the time your order was placed but where Paypal's system has nevertheless processed your payment, you would receive an email from Futera advising of this occurrence and your Paypal payment would be reimbursed (normally within 7 working days).
Futera shall endeavour to despatch properly ordered products within a reasonable amount of time. Weekly-release cards for Liverpool, Olympique de Marseille, Manchester City are scheduled to ship approx. 14 days from when an order is processed. NB: Arsenal UNIQUE-LIVE cards are scheduled to launch from end February with shipping commencing within 14 days from such launch date. The processing time for all orders is subject to stock availability and is given as an indication based on no unforeseen delays impacting normal operational activity.
Season Ticket cards would be accrued (1 Moments base card per week over 24 weeks) and shipped per batch of 6 cards up to fulfilment of the 24 cards purchased by the Season Ticket.
'Rookies' is a creative title for a base card category within the release featuring young stars within a Club's squad or First Team. 'Moments' is a creative title for a base card category within the release featuring players from a Club's first team squad.
Pricing/shipping & charges: Sales prices given on the Online Shop and in sales/marketing material are quoted in USD$ and represent the RRP (recommended retail price), with the shipping costs at checkout being for international registered or ‘proof of posting’ airmail postal service and which would exclude any taxes/duty or associated local charges relating to order delivery which would be for the account of the purchaser. Unless otherwise stated orders despatch from Asia.
Delivery: Please advise at the time of ordering if you require any special delivery service (such as EMS, DHL, etc) otherwise shipping costs quoted would normally apply to International Registered airmail postal service requiring a signature upon receipt. NB: Due to the impact of COVID-19 some countries' national postal services will not accept packages from overseas and a courier service may be the only option for delivery. Please contact info@futera.com to check availability of postal service for your country.
International registered postal service would normally be expected to take between 10-20 working days from despatch, although can be longer for some destinations due to their particular handling processes (e.g. USA, Australia, Germany, Russia). Delivery timings to any country whether by postal service or courier may be affected by the COVID-19 situation without notice.
No refunds are possible from the time Futera fulfils your order which is deemed as the date and time shown on the Post Office/Courier receipt as proof of Futera’s despatch of your order. At this stage the package comes under the services of the Post Office/Courier company handling the package. In the event of non-receipt or package loss during transit please contact your local Post Office Sorting Depot or Courier. Futera will provide you with the original receipt from the Postal service/Courier showing the date and time when your package passed to their services.
Your details: Please check that you have provided your correct name, full delivery address including postcode (written in the correct format for international posting) plus telephone number as once you submit your order, the delivery details can not be changed. Paypal orders: We will ship to the address and follow the format of the address as given on your Paypal order.
Please ensure you provide your telephone number on your Paypal transaction. We can not ship to names or addresses of third parties which do not match the Paypal transaction/Reservation/Order name & address, and we can not ship orders to third parties nominated by the Paypal purchaser in the event of customer/market allocations restricting the number of items acceptable for individual/household purchase.
