It is recommended that cards are placed in card protectors to support their condition and longevity and should not be stored at higher or lower than average temperatures or in humid conditions/environment or sunlight. Cards produced with special materials may contain or appear to contain mild imperfections which are natural characteristics of finishing processes and are not considered production faults. Cards should be handled with care, particularly cards made of metal construction and insert cards which have involved special treatments/finish in their production as a ‘collectible’ as claims can not be considered for cards suffering from ‘wear and tear’ or handling damage. Occasionally a card may be damaged during transportation which is a situation outside the control of Futera and claims would be a matter between the customer and the transportation provider(eg Post Office/Courier). In the event of a card manufacturing fault you may notify Futera who may at their discretion seek to obtain a replacement card if available or otherwise seek to remedy the situation. Insert ratios quoted on the website, shop, or sales marketing material are averages taken across the packing of an entire production run and as such no particular card can be guaranteed to exist in any particular pack/box/case and no claim can be made for any particular card not existing in any particular pack/box.

Futera’s liability for product purchased through its website(s) is strictly limited to the purchase price value of that product.

No refunds/claims are valid from the time Futera fulfils your order which is the date and time shown on the Post Office/Courier receipt as proof of Futera’s despatch of your order when the package passes to the services of the Post Office/Courier companies handling the delivery of your order. Please refer to the SHIPPING info section and to the full terms at www.futera.comfor more information on this subject. Orders can not be returned to Futera in the event of a change of mind about an order for any reason following its despatch. If you have ordered from a different supplier (not directly from Futera) please contact them directly to assist you.

Available while stocks last, market allocations may apply. Customers placing orders through the Online Shop system will receive an email from Futera confirming if their order has been successful. If the product has been sold out by the time your order details and payment has been received by Futera administrators from the Paypal system, the Paypal payment would normally be reimbursed within 1-3 working days. If you do not receive an email from Futera within 48 hours of placing your order through this Shop, please email Futera at info@futera.com to ask if they have received your order.

Pricing/charges: Sales prices quoted on the Online Shop or in sales/marketing material represent the RRP (recommended retail price) + international registered or ‘proof of posting’ airmail postal service and which would exclude any taxes/duty or associated local charges relating to order delivery which would be for the account of the purchaser. Unless otherwise stated orders despatch from Asia. Delivery: Please advise at the time of ordering if you require any special delivery service (such as EMS, DHL, etc) otherwise shipping costs quoted would normally apply to International Registered airmail postal service requiring a signature upon receipt. NB: Due to the impact of COVID-19 some countries' national postal services will not accept packages from overseas and a courier service may be the only option for delivery.  Please contact info@futera.com to check availability of postal service for your country.  International registered postal service /EMS would normally take between 10-20 days from despatch, although generally longer for some destinations due to their handling processes (e.g. USA, Australia, Germany, Russia). Delivery timings to any country wether by postal service or courier are expected to be affected the COVID-19 situation.   No refunds are possible from the time Futera fulfils your order which is deemed as the date and time shown on the Post Office/Courier receipt as proof of Futera’s despatch of your order. At this stage the package comes under the services of the Post Office/Courier company handling the package. In the event of non-receipt or package loss during transit please contact your local Post Office handling depot or Courier. Futera will provide you with the original receipt from the Postal service/Courier showing the date and time when your package passed to their services.

Futera shall endeavour to despatch properly ordered products within a reasonable amount of time (normally between 2-4 working days from receipt of payment) subject to stock availability and processing procedures.

​Your details: Please check that you have provided your correct name, full delivery address (in a clear and correct format for posting) and telephone number to your order request as once you submit your order, the delivery details can not be changed. Paypal orders: We will ship to the address, and follow the format of the address as given on your Paypal order. Please ensure you provide your telephone number on your Paypal transaction. We can not ship to names or addresses of third parties which do not match the Paypal transaction/Reservation/Order name & address, and we can not ship orders to third parties nominated by the Paypal purchaser in the event of customer/market allocations restricting the number of items acceptable for individual purchase.
